What exactly is PodLab?
PodLab is an online platform that helps you design, run and learn from bite-sized micro experiments – simple, time-boxed tests of a diet tweak, supplement, habit or routine – so you can see what truly works for your body.
Who is it for?
Anyone stuck in the grey zone of health: migraine warriors, IBS sleuths, restless sleepers, biohackers, athletes chasing marginal gains or anyone who is tired of guessing. No medical degree required.
How does a micro experiment work?
Pick a goal, choose one variable to test, log daily metrics while PodLab turns your notes into a live blog, gather community feedback, then review results and refine or start a new test.
Is it safe?
PodLab includes safety prompts, community flagging and expert reviewed templates to help you spot red flags before you start. Always consult a qualified professional before major changes - PodLab is a guide, not a replacement for medical care.
Do I have to share my data publicly?
No. Every experiment can be Private (only you), Anonymous (data visible, identity hidden) or Public (open profile). Flip the switch any time - your choice, your control.
What kinds of things can I test?
Food eliminations or re-introductions, supplement doses or timing, sleep routines and blue-light habits, workout splits or recovery tools, stress-reduction techniques - the list is limited only by safe, measurable ideas.
How is PodLab different from a habit tracker or spreadsheet?
PodLab combines guided experiment templates, live blogging, real-time feedback and AI pattern spotting in one place - turning raw logs into clear insights without spreadsheet headaches.
Can I connect my wearables or apps?
Yes. Popular sleep, activity and nutrition trackers can be imported so you do not have to enter numbers twice. More integrations roll out all the time.
Does PodLab give medical advice?
No. We provide tools, education and community insight, but we do not diagnose or prescribe. Use PodLab to complement, not replace, professional guidance.
What does it cost?
Core features are free. Premium tiers add wearable integrations, AI insight reports and data export. Pricing is shown in the app and you can cancel anytime.
